Shipping confirmation and tracking

Soon after your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your order tracking information. Please note that in some cases, it can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to start updating.


How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery time: The time to reach the destination after delivery from our warehouse,Delivery time is generally 10-20 days.

We will work hard to ship your order within 24 hours after placing the order (orders placed on Friday or weekends may take longer to be shipped because the courier does not pick up the goods on weekends). We offer two international shipping methods. " International Shipping - Standard " usually takes 2-3 weeks and will only be tracked to your country / region. " International Shipping - Tracking " usually takes 1-2 weeks and will be tracked to your door. Although the above delivery times are usually correct, sometimes customs can process certain packages very slowly - this may result in up to 5 weeks of delivery time.  


Can I cancel the order?

After placing an order, all orders will be automatically processed and shipped immediately. If you want to cancel an order, please send a cancellation request via email within 12-24 hours after placing the order . If the order has not been shipped, you will get a refund. Once the shipment is arranged , it cannot be cancelled.

Do I need to pay customs duties or any other taxes?

The customer shall be responsible for any taxes, duties and fees levied in the area where the product is shipped, including but not limited to any sales or use taxes, value-added taxes or duties.


What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Please contact [email protected] and provide at least one photo or video with project details. After confirming the problem, we will resend a new product or send a new part to replace the defective part to solve the problem.

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit. The customer's responsibility is to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier to monitor the delivery of the shipment. Our customer service team is happy to provide you with the greatest assistance, but we cannot provide replacement or refund unless the item is successfully returned or a confirmed return item can be provided.
