Our policy lasts for 15 days from the delivery date (confirmed by the delivery note) . If 15 days have passed since your purchase , we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
According to the Consumer Law, customized products cannot be returned.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, it is up to us to decide how to solve it as accurately as possible. Once you report the product in the form of "product has arrived defect" through the return form , we will contact you as soon as possible to correct our error.
If the item is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. After receiving the return, we will send you a gift certificate. If the item is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the giver ships the order to him and sends it to you later, we will refund the giver and he will understand your return.
